I had a wonderful experience at the Dreams Hotel before and after my Caribbean cruise. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home, even when we arrived early in the morning due to travel delays. I appreciated the clean rooms and the location near various eateries and attractions. However, I found the check-in time a bit inconvenient, though the staff did their best to make it smooth for us.
